Hello again

I put a request for help on here over a year ago.

I have now received more information.
My Father in law, Franz Kusch was on U826 which surrendered in Scotland in May 1945.

The international red cross in Geneva have sent me this info.

It seems like the U boat was on it's first mission and surrendered so I think I'll need to find out why or maybe something went wrong?

His service No was UN 43054/42 and his POW was D417967.

I'd like say a personal thank you for your advice and hopefully the little bit of info I now have will spur me on to find out more.

Thanks again

regards

Greg
