Dear John,

The question of the crew details of all the surrendered U-Boats is of course rather wider than this specific discussion about U-295.

That said, I have to say that I am not into the topic of crew details - though I imagine that plenty of others are. Indeed, there may even be websites that include such information.

My only suggestions are that you should look at the crew interrogation reports - some of which are available on Jerry Mason's excellent website "uboatarchive.net". Also, I am pretty sure that the Cuxhaven Museum and Archive will hold some or all of the details - though getting hold of them without a visit might be a problem.
