Every day while on my way to work I see a small monument, built by the primary school building in a little country village, where the names of the local guys who failed to return from WW1 & WW2 are engraved. That monument is \"adorned\" with the deck gun salvaged from an Austro-Hungarian submarine sunk with all hands lost. Shall I consider that an honour or an offence?
When a tycoon will locate the HMS Upholder, will raise her at his expenses, will put her on a pontoon and will deliver her straight on a quay at the Chatham Arsenal near London, what do you expect to do? Maybe throw it back to the sea where she belongs because she is just a rusty wreck with some human bones inside? Maybe complain because a grave was disturbed and charge that tycoon for criminal offence? Do the underwater archaeologists are all scrougers? Did the guys who salvaged HMS Edinburgh gold bullions show respect for the crewmen sunk with the ship (some of them trapped inside alive)? Shall I continue or is this off topic?
