U-570/HMS Graph

Dear All,
After U-570's capture and recovery to Iceland in late August and early September 1941, it was sailed to Barrow-in-Furness prior to being repaired and commissioned into the Royal Navy as HMS Graph.
Escorted by the destroyer HMS Saladin, it left Hvalfjord in Iceland on 29 September and arrived in Barrow on 3 October.
However, I note that in the unfinished story of HMS Graph published on uboat.net it says U-570 was also escorted to Barrow by the trawler HMT Kingston Agate.
The source of the latter information is said to be the TNA file ADM 199/400, which is Admiral (Submarines) War Diary, but there is no mention of HMT Kingston Agate in the relevant entry.
I am therefore not sure that the Kingston Agate part of the story is accurate, and should be grateful to know if anyone can please shed any more light on this small aspect of U-570's capture and recovery.
In particular, whilst HMT Kingston Agate had of course been very closely involved in the capture of U-570, is there any clear prime-source evidence that the trawler was still involved at the time of U-570's transit to Barrow a month later?
Thanks,
Derek.
