Hi Quite a time span to search, of the type IX U-boats, Of the criteria I identified ten in the Atlantic, of which only one U174 fitted near the area, she alas was lost before returning. Of note however of the type VII U-boats, between Feb and May I have identified 110 boats in the Atlantic, [which required replenishment at sea]. John
