Greetings Axel

I see the dilemma. Again,from the "Ancient Mariner's" view, I would take the first item as degrees-minutes. One of the difficulties of an Open International Forum is that we are often dealing with a variety of languages,profession vagaries and customs. Who wrote it?
Hopefully someone may have further information on this particular item.
