"Normal Quadrat" grid system used by U-Boats in Black Sea

Hello!

In the documents related to Black Sea U-boats (30.U-Fl.) term "Norm.Qu." is sometimes found.

For example 12.Nov.1943 U19 received the order to occupy the Op.-Gebiet in Norm.Qu.5282, 5290, 5291, 5296, 5299, 5304, 5305, 5307, 5308 somethere off Caucasus coast.

It is sertainly not usual Kriegsmarine Qu and not L.Qu. Is anything known about about that grid system?
