<HTML>Thank you all for the very nice comments and replies. Glad to see everyone is still around. I\'ll be around a little more for the next couple of months as I\'ve run out of travel money! Got to pay off the car and women do tend to get expensive :-)
Anyway, thanks again. Just to note, I got an e-mail from Captain Duffy yesterday and he is doing well too. Apparently he has been on a tour of schools and colleges to talk about his experiences. He said he would be back to say hello in here soon.
Did you guys hear about the latest Kursk updates? Latest I heard was yesterday on CNN that they now have drilled the last holes to raise her. Interesting to see what they find inside. War grave? Tough sell.
Also, another question for you guys. How much did the Kriegsmarine/ German scientists experiment with rubber coating to become more stealthy with regard to sonar and noise?
Thanks in advance, I\'ll post these question as a separate topic just in case.
Best wishes to you all, wish I could get you all a good shot of Trinidad rum!
Fin
P.S. Thanks to Vin for the article! I enjoyed that
P.S.S. I still have your very impressive list of books. I have acquired a few of those since then. I will ask my grandfather if he can find another copy of that book. It took him two months to find me a copy. </HTML>
