Rotor VIII from U-33?

I asked about U-13, but a salvage operation off Southeast England would have been difficult as Luftwaffe operations against the Channel convoys were at full force. Was the wreck of the U-33 inspected at the time? Could another body of the crew with rotor VIII have washed up? I’m assuming there were a limited number of German small vessels with M3 Enigma machines in early 1940, so was focusing on the U-boats.
