Minimum crew required to move a VII vessel?

Hi.

This is my 1st post, so please bear with me.
I´m an absolute noob....I just read some books on the subject.

I have been trying to Google the answer to the following question:

"How many crew members would it take to move a VII vessel"?

To clarify: I am not asking about operating weapon systems etc, I am just referring to a theoretical shift from jetty to jetty, with perhaps a basic dive in between. No long term mission, just a short move, during peace time.

My guess is: An engineer to start engines and change over to batteries.
A commander, or a an overall responsible person to instruct the team.
An officer to operate the diving system.
A helmsman to operate the rudders.
A look out.
And then whatever deck crew necessary to tend to the mooring ropes / fenders and to close the hatch etc,

Am I highly underestimating the complexity of such systems such as propulsion and diving?
I would like to understand better!

Thanks for your answers in advance.
