<HTML>Hello Cate,

on the weekend, I believe it was on discovery chanel, they showed a documentary about a Russion K-19, titled subadventures of the Cold War, having mayor trouble on a patrol in the beginnings of the sixties with its nuclear reactor and was saved only but very badly damaged by crewmembers sacrifying their lives when shutting of the reactor thus suffering very heavy doses of radiation. Surviweres of this accident where interviewed; it was a very moving story. Has the film you all are talking about anything to do with this story?

They also showed to weeks ago a documentary about K-219, where Clancy might have based his Hunt for Red October upon.

Sincerely Yours
Volker Erich Kummrow</HTML>
