<HTML>Greetings: I have the "quickie" rental house and the directors cut version in vhs format plus the directors cut in dvd,the first dvd I ever bought.I didn't realize there was any other version.One thing I did notice in the dvd version was the chief of the boats final command when the boat finally hit bottom after losing control trying to get through the straits of Gibraltar,"STOP BLOWING",was lost in the digital remastering process.As superior as the digital format is,it's not perfect.See you.</HTML>
