Hello
I just read this post. Concerning U-Boat commanders records
there should be a record from Schepke Berlin Sprotpalast speech at the german historical radio archive
www.dra.de

I think for research purposes records can be purchased.
I missed the original 78 rpm broadcast records of this speech in an auction two years ago
