Why, I am asking is for years certain ships or planes were credited with sinking these U-boats and it seems for example Dr. Niestle has had many reversed and some even listed as missing. I am doing research on U866 Peter Rogowsky's boat coordinates 43.18N 61.08W is not NE of Boston that location is off Nova Scotia, Canada near Sable Island. I am just trying to be precise of its location they could have said NE of Rhode Island its no where near Boston. Trying to find out how deep is the U-boat located in reports it stated Rogowsky was bottomed out in this location? Thanks
