The only further information on this matter, that I was able to find, is ZTPG 364911, which says that "Lieut. cdr. Schulz took over the duties of S.O. 25th flotilla on 22/4." Whether he took them over from Franzius or Gysae, it doesn't say. If anyone ever finds the answer to this, please post it here - I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
