| Notes on loss | At 00.53 hours on 7 Jul, 1940, the Sea Glory (Master Stanley Winston Harvey) was hit by two G7a torpedoes from U-99 and sank by the bow within two minutes south of Fastnet. The master, 27 crew members and one gunner were lost. The ship had been reported missing after leaving Fowey. | ||
