Of this victory both sides can be proud, but the main contribution belongs to Russia and Gorbachev. Many years have passed already from the moment of termination of cool war. All discussions can be divided into two main types
1. discussions for clearing up of true
2. discussions for the proof of a regularity of the personal point of view.
I am ready have discussion of the first type even if ten men will oppose to me simultaneously or all West.
If I see, that discussion has tags of the second type, I stop to accept involvement in it. I appreciate the time and I do not suffer the complex of inferiority which forces me always to prove regularity of my point of view.

I think, that Russia will be first and last in this arguing.
In XIX cent. some young Russian writers have invented fiction satirical literary character with a name Kozma Prutkov and wrote from his name comic histories and verses. Once Kozma Prutkov has decided to become the important state figure and has written to Czar very clever and detailed \"Plan of introduction of identity of ideas in Russia\". All Russia laughed at this schedule and the identity of ideas was reached. All considered, that identities of ideas in Russia be can not. Everybody always there will be a proper point of vision even if Czar will approve the similar plan.
In Russia my messages cause criticism. One people charge me that I communist. Other people state, that I have betraid to homeland Russia and the Americans pay money to me for my messages. The Russian nazis many times threatened to me with physical violence that I criticize philosophy nazi and I state, that the practice of nazi is criminal. I am glad of similar response. It means, that much from this that I write does not leave the people indifferent.
All these people are right. I consider, that internal the policy conducted during the Stalin was in many cases incorrect and even criminal. However I consider, that external policy which the Soviet Union conducted shortly before a beginning WW2 and during war was very reasonable and correct. It is not necessary to consider, that if the authority had dictator Stalin, in country all was done improperly. I consider, that Russia and USA are the natural allies. These two great countries do not have inconsistencies which it is impossible to permit. These countries never were at war also citizens have sympathy (I hope) to each other. At all events Americans fall into Russian much better than many shallow european peoples for which there is a prejudice and pavors accumulated for many century. These prejudices they be unable to overcome. I consider, that nazi has brought and can bring to the peoples of a world many of evil and misfortunes. I very much do not like philosophy and practice of nazi. One man from Latvia wrote to me, that he not so loves the Estonians for them honor. However very much them respects that in time WW2 they have killed all Jews and have made Estonia \"Judefri\". Then the writer of the message prolonged. In Latvia in time WW2 was much made for an erasure of the Jews. But not all Jews were killed. In modern Latvia approximately 50 % of peoples are deprived of the civil rights only for the reason, that they Russian. In this country one can see procession of the nazis and veterans of SS. Members of government and other official persons including a command of Army welcomes such nazi processions. It is difficult to understand in what time we live. Is this 21 centery or times of nazi Germany. The policy of West seems to me hypocritical when it covers eyes on nazi in Baltic countrys and attack the President of Byelorussia or tries to find sins which Russia ostensibly has made.
The text of my messages I do not copy from the communist newspapers of times of the Soviet Union. I thought of these problems much. I parsed and compared the facts. Therefore I am ready to prove a regularity of each word, written by me. I am sure, that any man which is ready refuse the myths of times of cool war can to understand reasons which have called my messages. I understand, that it can be difficultly, but try to not answer at once, that it was made by Stalin which has killed more Russian than Hitler therefore all this certainly bad. Try to forget about Stalin and his internal policy. We not discus of Stalin, and consider WW2. if policy of the Soviet Union in all cases to consider certainly incorrect and to assign artful intentions, you never will understand as business happened actually. It is necessary to submit to logic and to take into account the substantial historical facts instead of to be in a captivity of the emotions and liked myths.
Concretely about Liberty. I specially was not engaged in these vessels and I can not concretely to you explain vague problems. I can state only common and known reasons. The vessels delivered in frameworks of land-lease could remain with that part which them has received. The country putting vessels had the right to demand get back them. USSR has returned to USA some vessels which were set in Russia in time WW2. If the vessel was not reset, her cost will be paid. All financial quastions bound with payments ñîãðà ñîâà Ãû between Russia and USA. Russia will produce payments by parts and should complete them to 2030.
In Russia in Orthodox church the service will carry out on the Greek, Latin and ancient slavic language which is not clear Russian without special traning. There are people which call to use instead of the ancient slavic language modern Russian. Very interestingly that the people appearing with such appeals do not visit church and as a rule are not Russian. Those people which visit church not want of change of ritual. It seems very interesting, that the Americans do not state the claims concerning Liberty and other shallow problems. The similar problems try to find representatives of the shallow european peoples. Probably to spoil the ratioes between two great countries. This is ridiculous and is symptomatic.
