Baltic fleet.

Sunk by mine east of Suursaari Island in mid June 1942.

M-95 was ordered, in her first war patrol, to perform reconaissance duties in the Suursaari island area, as part of the first soviet submarine offensive in 1942 in the Baltic Sea. She left Lavansaari island on the 14th of June. She failed to report and was declared missing next day.
