History

Chacal (Capitaine De Fregate Jean Emile Noel Estienne) was sunk off Boulogne by German aircraft.
The wreck lies in only 2 meters of water in position 50º47'58"N, 01º35'44"E. The Commanding officer was wounded in the sinking.
