4 Jun 1944
At 1100VW/4, USS Burrfish (T/Cdr. W.B. Perkins, Jr., USN) ended her 2nd war patrol at Pearl Harbor.
She was escorted in by USS PC 485 (Lt. W.C. Sands, USNR) which had joined around 0600VW/4.
USS Burrfish was taken in hand for post patrol refit by the Pearl Harbor Submarine Base and a relief crew from SubDiv 45. The refit included a docking in ARD-18. Refit was completed on 22 June. (1)
9 Jul 1944
USS Swordfish (Lt.Cdr. K.E. Montross, USN) ended her 12th war patrol at Pearl Harbor. She was escorted in by USS PC 485 (Lt. W.C. Sands, USNR). On the 11th Swordfish then went into refit at the Navy Yard there. Refit was completed in early October.
9 Jul 1944
Around 1330VW/9, USS Sailfish (T/Cdr. R.E.M. Ward, USN), USS Greenling (T/Cdr. J.D. Gerwick, USN) and USS Billfish (T/Cdr. V.C. Turner, USN) departed from Pearl Harbor for their 11th, 10th and 5th war patrols respectively. They were ordered to patrol in Luzon Strait. They were first to proceed to Midway where they were to top off with fuel and water before proceeding to their patrol area. On their departure from Pearl Harbor they were escorted until dark on 9 July by USS PC 485 (Lt. W.C. Sands, USNR). (2)

Around 1100VW/2, USS Burrfish (T/Cdr. W.B. Perkins, Jr., USN) ended her fourth war patrol at Pearl Harbor.
She was escorted in by USS PC 485 (Lt. W.H. Curtiss, Jr. USNR) which had joined around 0630W/2.
At Pearl Harbor USS Burrfish was taken in hand for refit by USS Pelias (T/Capt. W.A. Swanston, USN). Refit was completed on 23 December 1944.
20 Jun 1945
USS Blackfin (Lt.Cdr. W.L. Kitch, USN) ended her 4th war patrol at Pearl Harbor. She was escorted in by USS PC-485 (Lt. J.D. Swan, USNR).
25 Aug 1945
USS Balao (Lt.Cdr. R.K. Worthington, USN) ended her 10th war patrol at Pearl Harbor. She was escorted in by USS PC-485.
27 Aug 1945
Around 1015W/27, USS Billfish (Lt.Cdr. L.C. Farley, Jr., USNR), USS Dragonet (T/Lt.Cdr G.G. Hinman, USN) and USS Macabi (T/Cdr. A.H. Dropp, USN) arrived at Pearl Harbor ending their 8th, 3rd and 1st war patrols.
They had been joined around 0520W/27, by USS PC-485 (Lt. J.D. Swan, USNR) which escorted them in.
