Scrapped in 1962.

HMS H 34 (Lt. R.L. Jay, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Lough Foyle with HMS Azalea (Lt.Cdr. G.C. Geddes, RD, RNR), HMCS Halifax (T/Lt. M.F. Oliver, RCNR) and HMCS Fredericton (A/Lt.Cdr. John Eric Harrington, RCNVR). (1)

22 Mar 1945
HMS Vengeful (Lt. A.S. Melville-Ross, DSC, RN) departed Rothesay for Gibraltar. She was escorted by HMCS Fredericton (T/Lt. J.C. Smyth, RCNR) until 0700/23 when Vengeful joined convoy OS 118 / KMS 92.
