Hi Lone Wolf!
Grant is right on the mark! Use enamel flat paints, Tamiya Deck Tan # EXF55 & mix it with German Grey # EXF63 until the reqired dark shades are achieve?
Use an airbrush for this job in painting the U-boat deck thin. After it is dry give it a light sand allover the painted deck to give it a weather look.
