SALUT!
I am slowly working away on my u-boat. I am installing the shelves to the Yankee pressure hull. I may be able to glue the two halves by the end of this weekend. Anyway, I vaguely recall that one must drill into the center piece to accomodate for the periscope shafts and periscopes, and that it is quite tricky to fit the center piece to accomodate the tower and periscopes. Any advice? Would it not suffice to cut the lower half of the shaft that extends below the tower? Also I have reserved CMK exterior set 1, and possibly two, to obtain a correct attack periscope base and UZO mount. How will this affect things?
Thanks in advance,
EW
