The vitrine is a kind cupboard or wardrobe or such with glass doors. Just like an exhibition case.
For expensive and large models a glass case, like an aquarium will do too.
A larger brush (larger in the modelers opinion! ) also could be useful, but use it very carefully, otherwise it tears off the small parts such as aerials.
