Hello to All and thanks for the great info

In response to the Captain...Yes! I find the type of information that you and Fissi have provided very helpful. It is just the type of technical detail I'm looking for. As for it being a waste of your time, I certainly do not expect you or anyone else to spoon feed to me the answers to my million and one questions. Another way of putting it is: I don't mind doing my own digging I just don't know where to dig. I've gone through the book section of this site. My question is, can you suggest those books that have the type of details that you and Fissi gave me?
