It must have been a pipe dream as no one has joined the web with a pos or neg response.,
The book \' Blind Mans Bluff\" by Sherry Sontqag & Christopher Drew describes the tapping of Russian submarine cables by USN submarines,
I truly believe that I read it happened and am amazed at theresponse--because I thinkthis forum has the answers to all questions.
