Folks,

In all the cases i mentioned the missiles are Infra Red guided missiles so you would just need to stick up an ESM mast or a preiscope to see what was around and then fire off a missile. If a helicopter was using its 'active' dipping sonar and you were at periscope depth you could 'quick draw' off a missile defore it could launch a torp or depth charge against you.
