I can somewhat answer your question. According to the information I have at "Alarm moving" a type VII A - F could put 10 meters of water over her hull every 30 seconds in the dive. So if you do the math, that would be 3 1/2 min. to 70m.
Now from a stationary position its 50 seconds per 10 meters. So her dive time would vary depending on the speed she was at. But it would be somewhere between those two numbers I would think.
