I don’t think you can count like that, the first 10 meters will take much longer time than the next 10 meters.
I would guess something like the first 10 meters = 30 seconds, the next 60m takes app. 111 seconds if travelling at 6 knots and with a down angle of 10 degrees. That equals 2 min and 22 seconds to reach 70 meters.
If you use a down angle of 15 degrees it only takes 1 min 45 seconds at 6 knots, including the first 30 seconds.
If you are supposed to level out at 70 meters it will take a longer time though, these calculations are only valid if you use the same down angle the whole 60 meters.
