I am aware that that the sub was heard moving after the attack but the the reason for the investigation by RNHB was to, according to them, "finally put the matter to rest." I did not perceive your response as any sort of slander, rather part of a good healthy discussion. I will ask the person who completed the study for the info contained in the study. I think that the study was completed due to a request from the RN who were interested in giving credit where it was due. I only happened on the new findings whilst researching something completely different. Anyway I hope this thread has helped Patrick - took me a while to write it up for him!
