Hi guys,
take it easy ;-)
I really don't want to create a dispute on this topic.
Thank you to everybody for your prompt replies,

The book "Navi Mercantili Perdute" from Ufficio Storico della Marina Italiana.(something like Italian Historical Naval Institute) reports the Giuseppe Magliulo sunk on a mine on 4th september 1943 near Gaeta. Tomorrow I will go at the Historical Archives and I'll try to find the source of these records.
BTW I hope to give soon a "definitive" answer.
