Hi all,
there is a claim to the effect that Rorqual (the british minelaying sub) was at one time attacked by another sub off Ile de Cani (Tunisia) with 4 torpedoes which ran under her while laying a barrage.
It is also claimed the field was responsible for the loss of a german freighter named Graz of 1870 tgr.
Can anyone confirm the above, provide a date & details? I cannot find a Graz anywhere in german records and also have no record of this attack by another boat.
Thanks, BrianV
