<HTML>Also per Spindler :
U23 left Ems on March 9 and she was not yet fitted. She came back from that patrol on 17/3.
U34 left Helgoland on March 13, without gun and came back on 25/3
U33 sailed out the Ems on March 27 and she was not yet fitted !
U24 sailed out the Ems on March 29 and also had no gun
A bit later :
U32 left the Ems for a 2 weeks patrol in the Channel on April 3rd and she was not yet gun-fitted
but
U28 who left the Ems on March 16 was fitted wit 1 x 88mm

So that would clearly indicate that although stated by some historians, all the boats after U19 were not fully equipped even at the end of March. Moreover, when examining the above patrols, it seems that most of them were not.
Once again, my only source in that matter is Spindler so every extra source is welcomed.
