Steamship DoC was torpedoed and sunk by uboat 5m N of Cape Barfleur on 11th April 1917. 23 of her crew including her Cpt were killed/
DoC owned by DoC Steaship Co, built 1889 by W Gray & Co, 1706 tons, 260.5x36.6x18.3 ft, 8.5 kns, 156 nhp TE engine
