This ship sank after twice striking a submerged object while in convoy, 90 nm west of Gibraltar. Given the location & the position as second ship in column it is unlikely she struck anything but a uboot which operating in the area.
Does anyone have any info on this event? There was a uboot which sank the norwegian s/s Halldor off Huelva on 3/8 (which one please?), could this have been the same?
Thanks, Brian
