Your informtion regarding the laying of the minefield #156 is very helpful. It was probably #156 in the British list, and #21 on the German map in Der Krieg Nordsee.
You mentioned the source "The History of British Minelaying."
I am trying to track down that volume. "WorldCat" (the former OCLC) does not list a book by that title, but one by Peter Smith entitled "Into the Minefields" published in 2005. I doubt if that is the book you meant. Do you have the formal title of the book, 'The History of British Minelaying'? or any further publishing info regarding that title?
Any help is much appreciated.
