Joe,
Bad news... I have UB 6's KTB on microfilm and that page either wasn't microfilmed or is missing entirely.
Dutch is halfway between German and English. I read both German and English, and my guess is that is that it's attempted -- possibly even successful sinking attempt -- via scuttling charges (springlading). In any case, the tugs (sleepboten) were salvaged (geborgen) and returned to service.
BTW, what's the source that you got the suote from?
