Mike,
Why would a commander of a uboat pass on sinking two Dutch tugs that were on a
voyage from Maassluiss TO London and sink the lighters?
The Dutch account I believe is misdated. It should be dated 24 Sept, unless they
don't know the difference between a torpedo boat and a uboat.
The words "springlading tot zinken" is disturbing to me.
At any rate, I will let it go.
