ALBION 3 would be UB 65, which had a torpedo miss on a yacht of an estimated 900 grt. Times match.
I did not find a match for WHEATEAR, thus I suspect the U-boat involved was UB 72, which was cutting through the North Channel to the English Channel, where she was sunk on May 12, 1918.
