I contacted the BAMA Freiburg as suggested by Micheal Lowery but they said they were an organisation for scholars and didn’t provide any information for purchase.
The NARA is more hopeful but they are currently working remotely so cannot access the microfilm at the moment and suggested keeping an eye on their website for updates .
