Thanks, I seem to remember that the Sutors was one of the first places to have a boom (presumably in WWI), there is a report of someone from the Admiralty visiting to see it.

There was an indicator loop at the Sutors, presumably WWII.
The HMS NATAL was of course sunk off Cromarty but not by enemy action.
