Torpedo Speeds

Does anyone know if torpedo speeds have attained subsonic or near subsonic capability. I hear that there are russian torpedoes in the chinese navy capable of over 300 mph! Is this true? Also is the modern explosive in these torpedoes depleted uranium or just HE? Thanks in advance
