<HTML>An Addendum: A type VIIC normally carried about 14 torpedoes and 220-250 rounds of 88 deck gun ammo. It carried a zillion rds of machine gun, pistol ammo. Plus flares, mines, demo, etc. I don't know what the total 'basic load' was but some of the guys on the net probably do. Possible sources could be the Uboat museums in Germany. Good Luck.
