salvaging a sub out of that depth is nothing uncommon for those times.happened before.
that the report of the diver is missiong is not uncommon,.would have been surprising to find it. and its no wonder that the last sailing order is not there.its on board of the sub,mate...
that "inspection"....those chaps have no authority to "inspect". this was done now and then to entertain high ranking officers of other armed branches. so again nothing uncommon.
submarines seem to attract all sorts of "ideas of secrecy":-)))</HTML>
