I know about this loss and the dive from German records, mainly KTB FdU Mittelmeer and KTB German Naval Staff (Skl). The latter mentioned the dive on 29.5.42, citing a report by the Skl U department which led to the decision to abandon any attempts to raise the boat owing to the condition of the wreck. Have not yet checked the records of Skl departments B IV (supplement to U-boat situation) and C IV (U-boat warfare) for any information on U 133. Probably Marinekommando Süd (Gruppe Süd) also covered the incident in its diary. From your info I guess you have already checked these sources.
