<HTML>Dear Mr. AZ or shall is say Telis Zervoudis,

When looking to the history of U-133 on this site i found this,

At 1700hrs on 14 March, 1942, U-133 left her base at Salamis, Greece. Only 2 hours later she hit a mine. The U-boat was lost immediately with all hands. The commander of the 23rd Flotilla stated after the incident that U-133 left the prescribed way.
(Special thanks to Telis Zervoudis for great assistance in clearing this long time uncertain fate.)

Three questions:

You say that two months after the loss of U-133 a mission to dive her was organised, so the Germans know U-133 was lost there how is it then possible that her fate was not known for such a long time ???

Do you think U-133 was on some sort of special mission, and if you do what kind of mission are you thinking of ???

And third, why don't you tell it's all about U-133 ???

Regards,
Brian</HTML>
