2 come to my mind: one was rockets fired from aircraft, the other was called a depth bomb but we would know it as a homing torpedo. I forget the codes names for each.

The rockets were pretty cool: the plane approached up the uboat's wake, and aimed behind the sub, and the impact with the water deflected the rockets to penetrate the pressure hull. I believe a series of tests were done to develop proper aiming & firing techniques.

The other was the homing torpedo, it was deadly. I think something like 20 uboats were attributed to this weapon. The uboat had to be completely submerged before the aircrew was permitted to loose the torpedo- the Allies wanted to keep its existance secret.
