<HTML>Is there a way to determine which U-Boat was using which launching system when? Or, to be more specific, can we tell whether U-553 (Thurmann) left a trail of bubbles when it fired a torpedo into the SS Nicoya on May 11, 1942 -- thus beginning the Battle of the St. Lawrence?
Thanks,
