<HTML>I read somewhere, that every 5 min in the USA occurs the rape. I believe that this is correct and this is not connected with that Americans like rape. Crimes were accomplished earlier and there will be be accomplished in the future, like we this or dislike. I assume that for this reason the Soviet soldiers and officers are guilty in the rapes. However, they guilty not more then soldiers of other countries. I am against the statements, that the Russians are especially guilty in crimes. This is nevertheless, what to declare, that in the USA of the rapes are guilty only the inhabitants of Pennsylvania while the inhabitants of the state of North Carolina newer guilty in the rapes. I doubt, that all men of this state are impotents. I doubt, that for sending into Europe in the USA and Great Britain were selected exclusively the impotents. Number of the crimes of those accomplished by soldiers depends not on their nationality, but from that forsed these crimes by command or the guilties strict punishment.
Several hours before attack to the USSR in the units of the German army was read Hitler's order where he stated that the war with Russia will be conducted without any rules. Hitler ordered that the German soldiers would not avoid and not fear violence on the relations to the Russian civil population, the women and even children. This order imposible deny, like we this or dislike. Stalin is guilty in many terrible crimes. However, he guilty before the Russian people. Like we this or dislikey we must recognize that Stalin stated in his public speech in 1943 that "Hitlers come and depart, but German people remains". These Stalin's words were bodcasting Soviet radio, these words were printed in all Soviet newspapers and these words were known to each Soviet man or woman. This fact cannot be denied.
I known the activity of the Jew Ilya Erenburg. He proclaimed slogan: "Red Army soldier! Kill the German!" However, I well known too, that one Jew cannot express the opinion of entire Russian people. Furthermore in the Soviet newspaper "Pravda" was published very sharp critical article where was condemned the slogan of Erenburg. After this, he ended his criminal activity.
It is imposible to deny the fact that the Soviet command attempted at all possible forces to stop any posible violence above the civil German population. However, unfortunately the cases of this violence are known. Criminality was always and unfortunately will be in future.
