YURI:
This is my last message on atrocities. I am curious as to why you are "so" insistant in claiming that the Soviets commited no atrocities when plentiful land records show indisputablly other wise?? Why would a country run by a gentleman that thought nothing of purging his "own" people in the milions, give the slightest consideration for an "enemy" people?? It is highly illogical that that he would consider them above his own peope in regards to human rights. This is data supplied by his own country!

As I mentioned in my last message, "NO" country has clean hands, it is only a question of how many and to what extent atrocities were commited. We are supposed to learn from our, and our countries past mistakes inorder to make a beter world. Have we?? Sheesh we (our ocuntries) continue to repeat them over and over and over - conclusion, the world does not learn from past History,nor does it "want" to, Witness what is going on right now throughout the world..

Relax Yuri, The atrocities from WW2 take nothing away from the present Russia, only from the Stalinista one.</HTML>
